CEO

After growing up in a retail specialty string shop, he chose to utilize his orchestral knowledge to empower retailers nationally. By leaning in on his decades of experience, his customers are able to market orchestral products comfortably and confidently to their educators and local musicians.

CO-FOUNDER, CFO & HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Brad brings clarity, trust, and as many smiles as possible to business interactions at Maple Leaf Strings. Brad is inspired by the mission to further the growth of orchestral string programs nationally through affordable quality student instruments. One of the most exciting parts of his role is using Mandarin to find and collaborate with the most talented luthiers and workshops in China, continually improving Maple Leaf String's offerings.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Erin Kessler is the Marketing Director of Maple Leaf Strings, managing over 100 Private Label brands and marketing strategies for over 50 retailers nationwide. Her background in B&O retail and music performance informs her mindful but competitive approach.

Outside of Maple Leaf Strings, Erin is a Staff Sergeant in the 122nd Ohio Army National Guard Band as a french hornist, arranger, and leads their marketing team. Throughout her 18 years in the Army, Erin has performed in 15 tours across the nation, winning several national awards in video production.

INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Music has played a role in Alyssa's upbringing as she studied both violin and piano. She graduated with a business degree from Thomas Edison University. At Maple Leaf Strings, Alyssa combines her background in music and love for the business to serve each of her retailers' needs by making the entire experience exceptional!

ORCHESTRAL STRINGS SPECIALIST

Caleb has been a valuable member of the Maple Leaf Strings team since 2015, performing various roles. During his time with us, he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in our wide range of products, services, and processes. Now, he is taking on the position of Orchestral Strings Specialist and applying his specialized expertise. Caleb has a deep passion for stringed instruments and entrepreneurship and is eager to collaborate with our retail partners to help them succeed with their customers. Additionally, he is excited to share his knowledge through our online learning program, Accelerando!
